Special Instructions
The candidates must ensure that they have paid the requisite fee before the due date. The Commission is not liable for receiving application by fulfilling a mere exercise of depositing fee with the Bank on or before the due date. The Commission is not liable to receive incomplete application forms in any respect and the applicant will be personally responsible for not fulfilling the requisite criteria/conditions for the applications.
General Instructions
The candidate who is applying for posts in Group-'C' and Group-'D' Services must ensure that he/she will be eligible to get an application form. If a candidate wants to apply for posts of Group-'C' category, the candidate must possess the requisite experience/qualification as specified in the advertisement. However, a candidate applying for posts in Group-'D' category need not possess any specific qualification. The candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria on the last date of submission of application forms, otherwise, the application will be summarily rejected and the candidate will be penalized.

CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY USING ONLY THESE APPLICATION FORMS. NO OTHER APPLICATION FORMS, PHOTOCOPIES, ETC. SHALL BE ACCEPTED.
Fee
The fee is chargeable as per the category of the applicant. The amount of fee is **Rs. 100/- for Group-'C'** Services and **Rs. 50/- for Group-'D'** Services, however, an exemption is applicable as shown in the table below:

The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable at any circumstances.
The HSSC offers a fair opportunity to all candidates. It is notified that the Commission will be recruiting Group 'C' and Group 'D' posts. The candidate can also apply for multiple posts for which they are eligible. However, a separate application form will be required for each post. The candidates must ensure that they have paid the requisite fee before the due date.

Relaxation in Age
- • As per the HSSC/GOI/HOG rules, relaxation in age will be provided to SC/ST/BC candidates and women candidates as per the latest instructions/circulars of the HSSC/GOI/HOG.
- • Ex-servicemen, disabled candidates, widows, destitute women, and divorced women will be eligible for relaxation in age as per the latest Government instructions.
Reservation of Posts
Reservation will be as per the Government instructions.
Group 'C' and Group 'D' Services
**Group 'C' posts:** Carries initial pay of Rs. 5200/- + Grade Pay per month or more but less than Rs. 9300/- + Grade Pay per month.
**Group 'D' posts:** Carries initial pay of Rs. 4440/- + Grade Pay per month or more but less than Rs. 5200/- + Grade Pay per month.
- • The minimum educational qualification for Group 'C' posts is 10+2, and for Group 'D' posts is 10th pass.
- • The reservation shall be as per the latest Government instructions.
- • For Group 'C' posts, the maximum age limit is 42 years, and for Group 'D' posts, it is 42 years.
- • The selection process will include a written test and a socio-economic criteria/experience assessment.
- • **Final decision** on all matters related to recruitment shall rest with the Commission.
